The encryption key is needed to receive the strongly encrypted customer images. Only the named tailor can receive the images using a combination of user credentials and the private encryption key.

We are 100% GDPR compliant. The users' measurements, pictures, and any other information are all safely secured by end-to-end encryption that meets the highest standards. No one except the assigned tailor can see pictures, and the tailor can only view the pictures using a private encryption key. Even the Choozr team cannot see those measurement photos because of the encryption. Because of that, keep your encryption key safe - measurement photos cannot be retrieved if the encryption key is lost!

Choozr Dashboard is a professional tool designed and optimized for laptop and desktop screens. We recommend not using it on smartphones or tablets as it may not provide a smooth user experience

No, it is not mandatory. If you want to use the Choozr App without visibility in the Stores list, we can hide your store from the list. You can get the customers' measurements using your personal QR-code generator page, which can be found on your Dashboard.

Yes, it is possible to customize for you. With the customization, customers can anonymously send measurement pictures by giving a nickname or other information with the picture. Please get in touch with us for the customization.

The Choozr Size Recommendation service provides customers with size recommendations based on precise body measurements, and is designed to be seamlessly integrated into any retail eCommerce.

By introducing a couple of code snippets into your website, our Size Guide QR Widget goes live and your customers can already receive size recommendations when they browse through your items. We will require access to the size charts of any items you wish to have the Size Guide QR Widget available.

We have measured and proved our accuracy with real tailors. We are more accurate than the measuring tape compared to customers taking their measurements with the measuring tape.

Choozr is specifically tailored to provide accurate size recommendations for garments such as jackets, coats, shirts, jerseys, pants, skirts, dresses, and suits. Unfortunately, we do not currently support size recommendations for fashion accessories like hats, gloves, or shoes. Our focus is optimised for bodily measurements related to clothing items.

First of all, make sure that wherever it is you are taking your pictures that the space is well-illuminated. For the best results, we recommend wearing tight clothes and having the picture taken on a plain background. Once the pictures are taken, you can readjust the measuring points manually, if you detect that our algorithm has not successfully pin-pointed their placement.

In our size recommendation service, pictures are always processed locally on the user's smartphone, and the photos are destroyed immediately after the measurement calculations are done. We only compare the measurements to the size charts so the photos in size recommendation won't be sent anywhere from the device.
