Local processing
Unlike most measuring tools using cloud-based computer vision technologies, we have put in extra effort to develop a revolutionary computer vision solution that processes photos locally on your device.
Your photos never leave your device without your knowledge. And should you choose to send the photos, these are sent only to your assigned tailor.
We always ask
We never share your personal details with third parties without your knowledge. If you choose to share your measurements and photos with, for example, a made-to-measure store, we always ask for your permission first.
We are transparent
We are committed to documenting all privacy and data related policies in easy to understand and user-friendly ways, and to inform all users of any changes, what data we collect and how we use that data. We have also built in tools for users to either delete or export all of their personal data in a computer readable format

We created a Takeout Tool for exporting your personal data. It helps you verify what data we store and helps in case you want to use your data elsewhere.
In the name of transparency, it is a complete and unfiltered database export of your details in a computer readable JSON format that can be opened, for example in your favorite JSON viewer tool.

How does Choozr Dashboard work for customers?
Choozr Dashboard is a digital body measurement solution that allows customers to conveniently share their body measurements with tailors and dressmakers. Using the app, customers can capture their measurements in under two minutes with just two images, providing a seamless and accurate process.
What is the Choozr Dashboard encryption key?
The encryption key is needed to receive the strongly encrypted customer images. Only the named tailor can receive the images using a combination of user credentials and the private encryption key.
How safe it is to send measurement photos?
We are 100% GDPR compliant. The users' measurements, pictures, and any other information are all safely secured by end-to-end encryption that meets the highest standards. No one except the assigned tailor can see pictures, and the tailor can only view the pictures using a private encryption key.
Even the Choozr team cannot see those measurement photos because of the encryption. Because of that, keep your encryption key safe - measurement photos cannot be retrieved if the encryption key is lost!
Can I use Choozr Dashboard with my phone / tablet?
Choozr Dashboard is a professional tool designed and optimized for laptop and desktop screens.
We recommend not using it on smartphones or tablets as it may not provide a smooth user experience
Is showing my store in the Stores list in the Choozr App mandatory?
No, it is not mandatory. If you want to use the Choozr App without visibility in the Stores list, we can hide your store from the list.
You can get the customers' measurements using your personal QR-code generator page, which can be found on your Dashboard.
I have customers, who want to be served completely anonymously. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible to customize for you. With the customization, customers can anonymously send measurement pictures by giving a nickname or other information with the picture.

What is the Choozr Size Recommendation?
The Choozr Size Recommendation service provides customers with size recommendations based on precise body measurements, and is designed to be seamlessly integrated into any retail eCommerce.
How does the Choozr Size Recommendation integrate to my eCommerce?
By introducing a couple of code snippets into your website, our Size Guide QR Widget goes live and your customers can already receive size recommendations when they browse through your items.
We will require access to the size charts of any items you wish to have the Size Guide QR Widget available.
How accurate are the size recommendations provided by Choozr?
We have measured and proved our accuracy with real tailors. We are more accurate than the measuring tape compared to customers taking their measurements with the measuring tape.
Does Choozr work for other fashion accessories such as gloves, shoes or hats?
Choozr is specifically tailored to provide accurate size recommendations for garments such as jackets, coats, shirts, jerseys, pants, skirts, dresses, and suits.
Unfortunately, we do not currently support size recommendations for fashion accessories like hats, gloves, or shoes. Our focus is optimised for bodily measurements related to clothing items.
What should I do if the size recommendations are inaccurate?
First of all, make sure that wherever it is you are taking your pictures that the space is well-illuminated. For the best results, we recommend wearing tight clothes and having the picture taken on a plain background.
Once the pictures are taken, you can readjust the measuring points manually, if you detect that our algorithm has not successfully pin-pointed their placement.
What happens to the pictures when the size recommendation is given?
In our size recommendation service, pictures are always processed locally on the user's smartphone, and the photos are destroyed immediately after the measurement calculations are done.
We only compare the measurements to the size charts so the photos in size recommendation won't be sent anywhere from the device.

How does the free trial work in Choozr Dashboard?
Firstly, the setup is super easy, taking only a few minutes after registration, and you are all set for your customers.
During the free trial, you can work freely with the Dashboard for 14 days—unlimited use of the Dashboard and customers with the App.
After the trial ends, you only need to select a pricing package that fits you, allowing you to continue from where you were left.
How does the pricing work in Choozr Dashboard?
After the 14-day free trial, you need to select any package from 10, 50, or 100 measurements with images after logging in to the Dashboard. All packages have an auto-renewal option. You will pay only for the value you get - No monthly fees!
How do I manage my billing in Choozr Dashboard?
You can manage your billing details and change your pricing packages through the Choozr Dashboard after logging in.
How Choozr Dashboard counts "one measurement"?
One measurement is counted whenever you open the first time a new measurement with a unique measurement_ID. The Dashboard automatically charges the one-time transaction or a single measurement is used from the pricing pack you have selected.
You will be charged only once to view a unique measurement, and there is no charge for later views.
How does billing work in Choozr Dashboard, and what payment methods do you accept?
We require your credit card information to charge directly.

Is there a trial period for Choozr Size Recommendation?
The Choozr Size Recommendation can be freely tested with a phone and our demo page.
Do users need to pay to use the Choozr App?
The Choozr app is free to use. Users won't be charged for taking the measurements with the app.
Which payment method do you accept?
We accept most credit card payments. We use the secure Stripe Billing system that approves VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Diners Club, for example.
